How to request account deletion

Opening this page does not automatically delete your ParkHandy account or submit a deletion request.

To request permanent deletion of your ParkHandy account and applicable personal information, please contact ParkHandy Support using the email link below.

After we receive your request, ParkHandy may verify your identity before processing the deletion in order to protect your account and personal information.

What to include

Please send your request from the email address associated with your ParkHandy account when possible.

Include enough information for ParkHandy to identify the account you want deleted. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request in order to protect your account and personal information.

What deletion means

ParkHandy will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account when reasonably possible and legally permitted.

Deleting your ParkHandy account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record. ParkHandy may retain limited information when reasonably necessary or legally permitted for completed transactions, accounting and tax obligations, outstanding payments or payouts, refunds and chargebacks, unresolved disputes, Case IDs, fraud and abuse prevention, safety incidents, legal obligations, and establishing or defending legal claims.

Active transactions or payouts

If your account has an active HotSwap, active or upcoming Space Rental, unresolved payment, refund, payout, dispute, or other transaction that still requires action, ParkHandy may need to complete or resolve that activity before the deletion process can be finalized.

Stripe payout accounts

If you connected a Stripe payout account through ParkHandy, deleting your ParkHandy account does not automatically delete records that Stripe is independently required to maintain under its own legal, financial, verification, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations.

ParkHandy will stop using the connected payout account for future ParkHandy activity once the account-deletion process is completed, subject to any remaining eligible payouts, refunds, disputes, or legally required records.
